Reporting to the Service Manager, you will have the opportunity to experience a wide variety of tasks as we provide our customers with a number plate to number plate service as well as providing a 24/7 breakdown service and onsite repairs. We are seeking a friendly, enthusiastic and professional person to join our team as our receptionist. As our customers first point of contact for our company, the successful applicant will be someone who demonstrates outstanding customer service skills, a professional attitude and appearance.
In this role you will greet and welcome our customers and visitors to the dealership and co-ordinate front desk activities including directing visitors to the appropriate department or person, distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls. Operating in a busy environment you will be using your brilliant multi-tasking skills to maintain a bright and bubbly face to visitors whilst providing high quality administration support to our teams.
The position is permanent with approximately 38 hours a week from Monday – Friday with rostered Saturday mornings.
Sound computer knowledge including Microsoft Office, a high level of written and verbal communication and time management skills are essential.
